Another short update on today’s events in Sofia. We spent the day visiting studio’s again, this morning was the very impressive UFO Studios in Sofia, Bulgaria. (http://ufofilmstudios.com/)
After a quick business lunch we were off to 5th Degree 3D Post Production Studios in Sofia, Bulgaria (www.5th-degree.com). It was amazing, the things they can do with a film set are mesmerising.
We finished off the day with a gentle walk around Sofia, and a peaceful evening.

Hello from Bulgaria.
Just a small update about today’s events, early this morning I had some photos taken on the hotel roof to test the light. We are staying at Le Fleurs Hotel, right in the middle of Sofia. It’s on main street which is right in the middle of all the action. If looking for a hotel in Bulgaria I would highly recommend it.
So my trip to Bulgaria is half leisure ,half business. As some of you may already know I am the managing director of Bkp Media Group based in Dubai, UAE and we have recently opened new office in Sofia, Bulgaria. I spend most of my time at the Dubai offices but try to visit often.
So back to today’s events, after finishing my rooftop photos I had a four hour Businiess meeting with all the company partners followed by a special tour of Nu Boyana Film Studios (http://nuboyana.com/). It’s one of the biggest film studios in Bulgaria and we are hoping we will be working with in the future.
It was great fun, one minute you felt like you were in Rome, then next in London and then 2 minutes later New York. The studio is regularly used for big Hollywood movies.
I finished off the day with a little bit of shopping and dinner at Andre Tovek’s award winning restaurant, ANDRé. (http://andretokev.com/andre-tokev/)
Overall today was a lovely productive day, I will be keeping you all updated throughout my trip to Bulgaria.

So today I wanted to feel sexy, how to feel more sexy than to wear a Brazilian dress straight from Sao Paulo. It was one of those dresses that I wish I had grabbed a few more of when I was in São Paulo few years ago. It was bought from ” forum” Brazil one of the top Brazilian fashion houses. Street inspired, it gives amazing presence and form when worn. It’s beautiful fresh dynamic prints certainly make heads turn.
I paired it with flashy YSL shoes, not very high end but they give the look a more ‘elegant’ feel!
The handbag is my very nearly vintage “Chloe” bag in green.
Earrings are a pair of handmade Aurelie Bidermann, a french designer whom I love. To finish the look off, I wore my solid jade ring, the Chinese believe it brings good luck and today at home I had beautiful flowers from a loved one, it’s amazing how things work.
Jade is considered a special gemstone, of healing and stability. It relieves anxiety and lightens emotions developed from fear. This stone is one of the many gemstones, which never allow any negative energy or negative influences to affect the individual wearing it.
It does not allow the entry of any external negative vibration. It simply protects people from getting disturbed by negative influences as it continues to emit cleansing and calming aura.
Jade can also establish a closer connection between the different stages of the intellectual part of the body. Hence, it improves the mental capacity of a person. The ancient people from the East have known all the healing properties of Jade for hundreds of years.
It’s said the darker the jade is the better it works.

Old is gold … Old is silver.
I felt a bit silverfish today.
I’m sure everyone has had that moment where they find something in a sale and it’s a little bit different, slightly weird and you know you have nothing in your wardrobe to wear it with, but you buy it anyway. I did this exact thing with my Missoni cardigan and now every time I look at it, I just can’t think what it would work with and it’s a real headache, well a first world headache.
So yesterday I’m shopping in Zara and I come across these brown knit flared trousers, I really wasn’t sure about them. In the end, I bought them as I liked that the colour and texture were a little different, and tried them out with my Missoni cardigan. I paired them with my grey suede Manolo shoes and my old Burberry bag. The result turned out really well, see what you think.
Special attention to my jewelry, a silver Rosa Maria ring that I adore (there will definitely be more this in future outfit’s of the day) and chunky looking silver ring.
Earrings are Simple Market One and the Bracelet is an old favorite from Hermes.
Also my very special limited edition U-boat watch, I am crazy about this brand, I feel it represents my adventures spirit.
